Christopher Phillip Weston, 34, of Chippewa, passed away Friday, August 4, 2017, at home.
He was born December 7, 1982, in Salem, Oregon. He was the son of Diane (Ondrusek) Weston and Darrel Weston. He was a prolific artist in both music and his art, having written and recorded hundreds of songs and expressing himself in his many beautiful paintings. Christopher was a kind and compassionate person, especially to those in need. His love for animals went beyond his love for his pets. He nursed many a bird and other little critters. Christopher loved the outdoors. He loved the beauty of nature, camping and fishing. The most important thing in Christopher's life was the love he had for his family. Nothing in Christopher's life meant more than his family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Helen and Phillip Ondrusek and Wilma and Virgil Weston.
Surviving, along with his parents, are his brothers, Adam (Jerusha) and Jacob Weston; his fiancée, Shawnna Zimmerman, and his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, where a blessing service will be held at 7 p.m. with Fr. Tom Kredel officiating.
In lieu of flowers, Christopher's wishes would have been a donation to NAMI (The National Alliance on Mental Illness @ nami.org) or the Beaver County Humane Society.
