Dorothy Marie Boettner, 57, of New Brighton, passed away Saturday July 22, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospice Beaver.

Born April 22, 1960 in Rochester a daughter of the late Howard “Skip” and Carol (Krise) Boettner. She was a longtime CNA at Friendship Ridge now Brighton Wellness & Rehab. Dorothy enjoyed cooking, crafting and spending time with family. She had a wonderful card ministry and touched hundreds of lives with her precious words. She was a member of the Edgewood Baptist Church, Beaver Falls.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Sandy Boettner, a cousin Timothy Boehm, maternal grandparents Harvey and Marie Krise and paternal grandparents Howard and Dorothy Boettner.

Surviving are an aunt and uncle Barbara and George Boehm, New Brighton, cousins Tammy (Doug) Duespohl and Lynn Caudillo, several more 2nd and 3rd cousins and their families.

There will be no viewing. Friends will be received Thursday from 5:00pm until time of memorial service at 7:00pm in the Edgewood Baptist Church, 430 Edgewood Rd., Beaver Falls with the Rev. Michael Coleman officiating.
