John J. "Sonny" Graham, 73, of New Brighton, passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at his home, after a brief illness.
Born July 10, 1944, in New Brighton, he was a son of the late John E. and Dorothy (Sambol) Graham. Sonny was the owner of the former Graham's Auto Sales of New Brighton and was a veteran having served with the U.S. Navy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Winner-Graham, on January 12, 2016, and one sister, Josephine Palsa.
Surviving are two sons, John A. Graham, Midland, and Matthew and his wife Miranda Graham, New Brighton; four grandchildren, Sara Graham, Devin, Chase and Dash Graham; three stepsons, Mike (Jan) Winner, Cranberry Twp.; Jym (Billy) Winner, New York City, and David Winner; one stepdaughter, Sandy (Tex) Reistino, New Brighton, and their families; two sisters, Sandra Ault and Joan Takas, both of Darlington; his former wife, Janice Engel, Beaver Falls, and several nieces, nephews and his dog, "Razzel-Dazzel."
There will be no viewing. A memorial visitation will be held Friday from 4 p.m. until time of memorial service at 6 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, with the Rev. Donald W. MacNeil officiating.
