Kyle M. Craft, 23, of Rochester, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, April 10, 2018, in the emergency room at Heritage Valley, Beaver.
Born October 31, 1994, in Sacramento, Calif., he was the son of Charles W. Craft III of Rochester. He was currently serving in the U.S. Army Reserve with the 854 EN BN Support Company and had previously been deployed to the Middle East. He was a truck driver for BeeMac Trucking in Ambridge and was a member of the VFW Post #128, Rochester.
Surviving, in addition to his father, are his grandmother, Karen Ketterer, New Brighton; four aunts, Julie (Scott) Babyok, Beaver Falls; Salli (Kevin Burns) Woods, Sacramento, Calif.; Jodi Morrison, New Brighton, and Carey (Gregory) Hawkins, New Brighton; many cousins, especially those closest to him, Anthony, Joshua and Elijah, their families, and Kyle's extended family.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Charles W. Craft Jr.; paternal great-grandparents, James and Mary Yeager, Edward and Dorcus Emes, and Charles W. Craft Sr.
Friends will be received Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, and Monday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m., with Pastor Clifford Reynolds officiating.
Interment will follow in Grove Cemetery, New Brighton. Members of the V.V.A. #862 will meet at the cemetery at 11 a.m. to provide full military honors.
