Alberta Herrington

Alberta Herrington, 70, of Beaver Falls, Pa., departed this life on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Beaver Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation.

Born April 9, 1951, in Beaver Falls, Pa., she is the daughter of the late Albert and Justine (Garrett) Herrington.  Alberta was always dressed to the nines and was an avid Steeler fan.  She loved to shop on QVC and was a member of the 2nd Baptist Church, Beaver Falls.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene “Butch” Garrett, Sr.

Surviving are four brothers, Les (Maureen) Herrington, Aliquippa, Jeffery (Johnnie Mae) Herrington, Beaver Falls, Robert Herrington, Beaver Falls, William (Cheryl) Herrington, Aliquippa; sister, Elaine Herrington Johnson, Alexandria, Va.; host of nieces and nephews and their families; special friends, Brenda Garrett and Karen Collier.

Family and friends will be received Saturday, January 22, 2022, from 10 a.m. until time of Homegoing service at 12 p.m. in J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Ave, New Brighton.  Her special friend, Rev. Richard Wingfield officiating.

Cremation will follow all services.
