Bobby G. Adkins Sr., 76, of Beaver Falls, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver.
Born March 22, 1938, in Laurel Creek, WV, he was a son of the late John B. and Madalyn (Bryant) Adkins. He was a retired truck driver having worked for several area companies.
Surviving are three sons, Bobby Adkins Jr., Rochester, and Ronald Adkins and Mike Adkins, both of Beaver Falls; four daughters, Becky McCaslin, Punxsutawney; Brenda Adkins, Beaver Falls; Belinda Crabtree, Montana, and Darlene Parker, Missouri; two stepdaughters, Terri Lowe and Kim Raszman; one stepson, Dakota Eichler; 26 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Betty Jane Adkins, Beaver Falls, and Gloris Beitsch and Carol Copper, both of New Brighton, and several nieces, nephews and their families.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Adkins, and three sisters, Lorraine Adkins, Linda Edwards and Phyllis Pettner.
Friends will be received Friday from 2 p.m. until time of funeral service at 6 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, with the Rev. Donald W. MacNeil officiating.
