Carolyn Jean (Samchuck) Frederick

Carolyn Jean (Samchuck) Frederick, a lifelong resident of Beaver Falls passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024 in Dallas, TX.

Carolyn was born on April 11th 1950 in Rochester, PA to Andrew and Anna Rose (Lapic) Samchuck. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; William; Andrew and Thomas.

Carolyn is survived by her sister, Kathryn Samchuck; sister-in- law Edith (McCall) Samchuck; nephew, Aaron Samchuck; great niece Lacey Samchuck and a multitude of family and friends.

After attending Penn State University Carolyn pursued a career in the health care industry.

Carolyn had a strong Christian faith. She enjoyed going to Bible studies and spiritual workshops in her quest to grow closer to Our Lord. Carolyn had a caring heart and loved to share her faith with others.

A special thanks to Vitas Hospice in Texas. We are grateful for their loving care and support of Carolyn throughout this illness.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10am Wednesday at Saint Cecilia's church in Rochester, PA on February 19, 2025.

Interment will follow at Saints Peter & Paul Ukrainian cemetery in Ambridge, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be shared in Carolyn's name to Saint Cecilia's Catholic Church, 628 Virginia Ave, Rochester, PA 15074.
