Charles H. Pegg

Charles H. Pegg, 69, of Brighton Twp., formerly of New Brighton and Beaver Falls, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012, at Heritage Valley Beaver.

Born February 14, 1943, in Beaver Falls, a son of the late Herbert Victor and Betty (Roser) Pegg. He was a retired modernization coordinator for the Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority and was a public accountant serving many clients for years.  He was a member of various golf leagues, bowling leagues and card clubs.

Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Becky (Craft) Pegg; one daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Edward Orlo, Brighton Twp.; two grandsons, Lee and Nick Orlo, at home; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Allen and Nancy Pegg, New Castle; Ron and Trudy Pegg, North Carolina; Herb and Judy Pegg, Deltona, FL; one sister-in-law and her husband, Betty Ann and Laurence Humphrey, Oxnard, CA; many nieces, nephews, their families, and his golfing and card playing friends.

Friends will be received today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com. Additional viewing will be held in the funeral home on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Paul Holland of the Calvary Presbyterian Church, Beaver Falls, officiating.
