Chris A. Leonberg

Chris Alan Leonberg, 61, of New Brighton, passed away Monday, August 24, 2026, at his home.

Born April 16, 1965, in Beaver, he was a son of the late Charles and Genevieve (Wahl) Leonberg. Chris was a graduate of Freedom High School, where he played football. He was the owner of L&M Auto Sales in New Brighton. He enjoyed a good meal, playing poker, hunting and was a fan of all the Pittsburgh sports teams.

Surviving Chris are his children, Chad (Brittany) Leonberg and Rachael West; grandchildren, Macy Leonberg and Scarlett Leonberg; sisters, Jacqueline Rindle and Judy (Doug) Frederick; brother, Charles (Kim) Leonberg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Chris was predeceased by his parents and his sisters, Jeannie M. (H. Wesley) Stewart and JoAnn (David) Minett.

Friends will be welcomed Friday, August 28, from 5pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 7pm, in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 3rd Ave, New Brighton.
