Clara M. (Haney) Amos Soisson Isaiah 40:31 "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." Clara M. (Haney) Amos Soisson, 88, of New Brighton, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, in her home. Born November 26, 1930, in Fairchance, Pa., a daughter of the late William and Annis (Wright) Haney, Clara was an active longtime member of the Church of the Nazarene, New Brighton. She retired from McGuire Memorial after 35 years of service, as an aide. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Colin Amos, in 1975; her second husband; William Soisson, in 2005; her son, David Colin Amos, and her brother, Ronald Haney. Surviving are her daughter, Deborah Majewski, and her husband, Roman Majewski, New Brighton; stepdaughter, Nancy Soisson, Beaver; two stepsons, Edward (Sue) Soisson, Beaver and Keith Soisson, Florida; five grandchildren, David Amos Jr., Krista Hill, Roman Val Majewski and Melissa (Wayne) Bradley, and Heather Giammaria; six great-grandchildren, Rhonda, Chelsie, Sabrina, Taylor, Cheyann and  Jax; nine great-great grandchildren; one sister, June Barney, Eighty-four, Pa.; several nieces, nephews and their families. Friends will be received Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.   and Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 p.m. in the Church of the Nazarene, Penn Avenue, New Brighton, with the Rev. Donald W. MacNeil officiating. Private interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester.
