Craig "Rodeo" Rawl

Craig A. “Rodeo” Rawl, 68, of New Brighton, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022.

Born, June 3, 1953, in Dayton, Ohio, he was a son of the late Clayborne and Edith Delores (Robinson) Rawl Jr.  He will be remembered as having lived life to the fullest.  He was loved by many, and was a “legend” in his community, who specialized in making others laugh and smile.  He was a charismatic, outgoing, and sociable.  Craig enjoyed watching old western and cowboy TV shows, he was a lover of animals, and most of all loved his family.

Craig is survived by his children, Michael Rick Bradley-Rawl, Ridge Rawl, Craig Rawl, Fawn Perminter, Autumn Rawl-Fielding, Nick Rawl, Mara Rawl-Fielding, Morgan Rawl-Fielding, Madison Rawl-Fielding, Felicia Bradley, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Lindsey, Dawn Monteiro-Jackson, and Jackie Rawl; brothers, Clayborne Rawl III, and Mark Rawl.

Along with his parents, Craig was preceded in death by his brother, Keith Rawl.

Friends will be received, Saturday, March 19, from 2pm until the time of service at 4pm, in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 3rd Ave, New Brighton.

The family would like to thank Nica, Andrea, Jocelyn and Kayla, from Gallagher Hospice, for their care of Craig.
