Donald R. Hilton, 77, of New Brighton, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver.
Born September 10, 1936 in Beaver Falls, a son of the Daniel and Mary (Welsh) Hilton, he graduated from Beaver Falls High School, Class of 1955, and was employed at the former Babcock & Wilcox Tubular Steel Company for 30 plus years.
He leaves behind his loving companion of 24 years, Vianna Liberatore; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert Hilton, Amarillo, TX, and Kenneth and Heather Hilton, Bel Air, MD; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Ed Sprouse, Lisbon, OH, and Mary and Art Morjock, Columbiana, OH; six grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Edward, Dustin, Ben and Wyatt; three great-grandchildren, Isabella, Delaney and Sierra; two sisters, Audrey Herstine and Anna Mae Mowen, and numerous nieces and nephews.
At his request, there will no viewing.
A memorial service will be held Monday, July 14, 2014 with the family receiving friends from 5:30 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. in the Church of the Nazarene, 417 Penn Avenue, New Brighton, with the Rev. Donald W. MacNeil officiating.
