Eleanor Delores Casey, 90, formerly of Beaver Falls, PA, died Monday, November 4, 2013, at the Florida Hospital Hospice Care in Ormond Beach, FL.
Born March 21, 1923, in New Brighton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Louella (Grimm) Shroads and sister to the late James Shroads, all of New Brighton, PA. She was married to the late Frank Casey for over 50 years and resided in Beaver Falls, before relocating to Ormond Beach, FL, in 2001.
Eleanor was a member of the Lutheran Church in New Brighton.
She is survived by her nephew, James Shroads of Wheeling, WV; her niece and husband, Linda and Lindsay Melvin of Myrtle Beach, SC; a great niece and husband, Cathy and David Meda of Myrtle Beach, SC, and a great nephew, Mark Melvin of Myrtle Beach, SC. She was a "Mom" to all of us and will be dearly missed.
At her request, there will be no services.
The family requests memorials be made in her name to the Florida Hospital Hospice Care, 770 West Granada Blvd., Suite 304, Ormond Beach, FL.

Private interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Daugherty Twp.
