Eugene K. Ott, 85, of New Brighton, passed away Friday, August 5, 2011 at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Eugene K. Ott, 85, of New Brighton, passed away Friday, August 5, 2011 at West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born March 26, 1926, in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late John E. and Hazel (Bryan) Ott. He was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School, class of 1944, where he played in the marching band. He was a machine operator for Standard Horsenail and was an avid Ham Radio operator. Eugene served in the United States Air Force and was a past member of the First Presbyterian Church, Beaver Falls.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann (Molder) Ott.
Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law

Larry and Nanette Ott, North Sewickley Twp., and Randy Ott, Ambridge; one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Steve Balik, New Brighton; five grandchildren, Jason, Mindy, Kyle and Holly Ott, and Paul Balik; one great-grandson, Andrew Duckworth, and cousins, Jim, Paul and Ronny McClure.

held Monday, August 8, 2011, in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton.
Interment followed in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Daugherty Twp.
