Gregory C. Shingleton

Gregory C. Shingleton Gregory C. Shingleton, 60, of New Brighton, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh. Born September 15, 1958, in New Brighton, he was the son of Frances (Janectic) Hollinback, New Brighton, and the late Gale Shingleton. Greg was a machinist for PTS in Rochester. He loved riding his Harley with his friends. Surviving in addition to his mother are his brother, Gary C. Shingleton, New Brighton; his sister, Victoria R. Shingleton, New Brighton and her friend, Dave Burr, South Beaver Twp.; one niece, Kylee Shingleton; great-nephew, Gabriel Shingleton, Texas; uncle, George (Donna) Janectic, New Brighton; aunt, Ann Ours, South Beaver Twp.; numerous cousins and friends. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, where prayers will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in the Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, New Brighton. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorials be made, in his name, to the Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association, 3582 Broadhead Rd, #210, Monaca, PA 15061.
