James Martin Cole Jr.

James Martin Cole Jr., 29, of Big Beaver, passed away unexpectedly in an accident on Saturday, September 14, 2013, in Beaver Falls.

Born March 20, 1984, in Brighton Township, the son of James M. and Diana "Dede" (Metcalf) Cole Sr. of Big Beaver, he was a graduate of Beaver Falls High School, loved his daughter and enjoyed music and playing his guitar.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his daughter, Jorja and her mother, Danielle Robinson, Ellwood City; his sister, Aja and her husband, Michael Vescio, Rochester; two nieces, Jaiden Cole and Sydney Vescio, Rochester; maternal grandmother, Sarah Metcalf, Beaver Falls; paternal grandmother, Grace Cole, Chippewa Twp.; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harold W. Cole; maternal grandfather, Robert D.  Metcalf; an uncle, Robert D. Metcalf Jr.; two aunts, Kimberly McClain and Cara Lori, and a cousin, Theresa Grundman.

Friends will be received Tuesday from noon until time of memorial service at 2 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, with the Rev. Donald W. MacNeil of the Church of the Nazarene of New Brighton, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made, in his name, to the funeral home.

The family wishes to invite family and friends to a wake at the Big Beaver Fire Hall, Tuesday at 4 p.m.
