John W. Arnold Sr.

John W. Arnold Sr. Rochester John W. Arnold Sr., 72, of Rochester, passed away Friday, December 14, 2018, at Heritage Valley Sewickley. Born July 10, 1946, in Ligonier, a son of Anne (Holby) Arnold of Beaver Falls and the late Joseph Arnold. He was retired from the former Tin Mill at J&L Steel, Aliquippa, and was a lifetime member of the Rochester Owls Club. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are two sons, John (Bobbi Jo) Arnold Jr., Wampum, and Brian Arnold, Rochester; one grandson, Lucas Arnold; two sisters, Mary Cox, Beaver Falls, and Evelyn (Paul) Green, Bridgeville; and several nieces, nephews and their families. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marie (Kanelly) Arnold in 1998 and his brother, Frank Arnold. Friends will be received Wednesday from 4 p.m.  until time of funeral service at 7 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com. Private interment will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials in his name be made to the funeral home.
