Katherine M. Hoban

Katherine M. Hoban, 56, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Beaver, passed away unexpectedly Monday November 22, 2021 at her home.

Born March 31, 1965 in Rochester the daughter of Karen (Azzarello) Maderia of Beaver and the late Michael J. Hoban, who passed March 4, 1972. Kathy was a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for AllCare Pharmacy, she loved her job, especially her co-workers. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, especially the time they spent together at the water parks.

Survived by two daughters Kari Blume, Ambridge, Kristen Blume, Pittsburgh, one son Maxwell Reed, Beaver, two grandchildren Ahmeer Person and Kahlena Reaves, one brother Michael (Theresa) Hoban, Pittsburgh, one sister Patricia (Orlando) Valero, Clifton Park, NY, her mother’s husband Francis Maderia, Beaver, devoted friend Renetta Johnson Calloway, several nieces, nephews and their families.

There will be no viewing. Friends will be received Monday for a memorial visitation from 1:00pm in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton until time of blessing service at 2:30pm with Rev. Fr. Bob Miller officiating.

Private inurnment will take place in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Beaver Falls.
