Kathleen L. Weber, 87, of New Brighton, PA, passed away peacefully, December 29, 2012 at Friendship Ridge, Beaver, PA.

Kathleen was born July 17, 1925, in Toronto, Ohio, to Paul Jacobs and Edna Kearns Jacobs. She retired from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and has been a longtime member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, New Brighton, PA. She was very active in the Beaver County Republican Women's Committee and served as an officer with NARV, the retired RR group.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Harry Hartling, and her husband of 29 years, Robert G. Weber.

Surviving are her children, Patricia and her husband Michael De Vito and Larry Hartling and his wife Linda; her grandchildren, Leslie King, Liza Barker and Rachel Sealock, and a great-grandson, Julian Barker.

A private family memorial service will be held at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park at a later date
