Kevin Lyle Mccall

Kevin Lyle McCall, 43, of New Brighton, went home to be with his heavenly father, Tuesday January 2, 2018 at U.P.M.C. Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, after a long battle with the auto immune disease Scleroderma.

Born May 17, 1974 in New Brighton the son of David Wm. “Bill” and Elizabeth “Ann” (Strutt) McCall. Kevin attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and had a passion for music, photography and all things creative. His music was with his bands Jupiter’s Girlfriend, Modern Habit and several more. He was also a skateboarding enthusiast. He was a member of the Christ Anglican Church of New Brighton.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his son Bradyn Shayne McCall and Bradyn’s mother Andrea Davis of Valencia, one sister Cheryl (Jack) Hodgson, New Brighton, two nephews Justin and Jacob Hodgson, one niece Samantha Hodgson, one great nephew Silas Hodgson, one uncle Dick McCall, Patterson Twp., one aunt Dolly Irwin, Darlington, many cousins, friends, his very special friend Jennifer Langer and his beloved dog, “Lucky”.

There will be no viewing. A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Lighthouse for the Blind, 720 3rd Ave, New Brighton, Pa. 15066.

The family would like to thank his friends who were so supportive to Kevin in his final days; Kevin T., Chris, Brent, Shawn, Sal, Brian, Nathan, Nancy, Mike, GB, Jennifer and many more friends we may have missed, Thank you.

The family wish memorials be made in his name, in lieu of flowers, to the Scleroderma Foundation, Western PA Chapter, 3601 5th Avenue, St. 2B, Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
