Kiana Monet Hoskinson

Kiana Monet Hoskinson, 23, of Aliquippa was born on September 29, 1992 and went home to be with the Lord and Savior on August 21, 2016.

Kiana was a bright light in a dark room.  She was a beautiful person inside and out. The bond of love she has for her daughter is timeless.  The love she has for her family and friends is without end.  Her beautiful life will be treasured by all.

Kiana was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Ezekiel and Ida Hoskinson.  Her father William Valentine Jr. and her beloved brothers Larry Ronald Smith III, and Pearce Jackson.

She leaves behind a beautiful and loving family.  Her mother and best friend Leah Hoskinson, her pride and joy; her daughter Blair Elyse Cockfield, her fiancé Blair Ellis Cockfield Sr., and her niece Anautica Paige Smith.  Paternal grandparents William (Bobbie) Valentine Sr. and Merinda Valentine.  Brother Amir Smith and sisters Shaundrea Crute, Shaunea Crute, Ayanna Valentine, Devin Hedger, Navaeh Valentine, Tianna VanKirk, and Alicia Childs; special cousins Jasson Adamson and Dante Marsick, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Friends will be received Friday from 10:00am until time of funeral service at 1:00pm in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton with the Rev. Bobby V. Wilson-Pastor of CityRaech Church, Baden, officiating.

Cremation will take place after the funeral.

Isiah 40:31 but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
