Levi Harold Keaton, 70, of New Brighton, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015, at Heritage Valley Beaver.
Born September 21, 1944, in Waycross, GA, a son of the late Minnie (Keaton) Reddick. He was a 1962 graduate of Aliquippa High School and was a salesman/manager for the former Kelly and Cohen, Baden; the Appliance Store, Monaca and retired from Roomful Express. He had attended Bethel Baptist Church, Aliquippa.
Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Patricia (Swan) Keaton; one son and daughter-in-law, Sean and Peggy Keaton, Rochester; one daughter and her companion, Stephanie Keaton and Ryan Veon, New Brighton; six grandchildren, Amani, Makena, Braylon and London Keaton, Brooklyn and Michael Veon; three step-sisters, Eugenia Priest, Barbara Glover and Sherry McClure; two stepbrothers, James Reddick Jr. and Harold Reddick; cousins, Thomas (Myra) Shaw, Delores Stanton and Winston (Mildred) Keaton and a host of nieces, nephews, their families and close friends.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his step-father, James Reddick Sr.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, where funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m.
Cremation will take place after the service.
The family wishes to thank the Critical Care Unit at Heritage Valley Beaver, especially Maryann, Sue, Amy, John, Doug and Dr. Robert Knapp for devoted care of their loved one.
