Lisa S. Harris, 49, of New Brighton, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Heritage Valley, Beaver.
Born December 8, 1965 in Beaver Falls, the youngest daughter of the late Staten and M. Lucille (Brown) Harris. She was a graduate of New Horizon School and attended HAP in Hopewell. Lisa was the first resident of Life Management in 1980. She loved traveling with her housemates and caregivers and was also a member of the Red Hat Ladies.
Surviving are her loving family, six brothers, Staten Harris, Tampa, FL; Larry (Sharon) Harris, Antelope, CA; Kenny (Imogene) Harris, Woodbridge, VA; Michael (Sabina) Harris, Manassas, VA; James (Sabrina) Harris, Harrisburg; David (Lisa) Harris, Beaver Falls; three sisters, Naomi Harris, Beaver Falls; Delphine Arthur, Boston, MA; Roberta Harris, Beaver Falls; several nieces, nephews and their families; her devoted, loyal caregivers, Tiffany Simoni, 9 years; Mary Barber, 20 years; Alana Foster, 11 years; Kelly Triplett, 8 years and Patience Burton, 5 years.
Friends will be received Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Bobby Wilson, officiating.
Interment will follow in Beaver Falls Cemetery.
