Louise A.  (Mulik) Seibel, 94, of New Brighton, passed away peacefully Friday, December 15, 2017, at Ellwood City Hospital.
Born December 9, 1923, in New Brighton, a daughter of the late Steve C. and Josephine (Kos) Mulik.  She was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy with the W.A.V.E.S. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church and was a charter member of the Holy Family Christian Mother's Guild. She was a longtime member of the C.F.U. Lodge #738. Louise was the most caring, loving, selfless, and kind person who always put her family first.
Surviving are one son, Harry R. Seibel Jr., New Brighton; one daughter and son-in-law, LuAnn and Raymond Santillo, Ellwood City; five grandchildren, Megan Louise (David) Moore, Jenna (Gary) Valentino, Michael Santillo, Katie (Kyle) Knisley and Emily (Peter) Carson; four great-grandchildren, Kit, Atticus, Angelo and Adrian; one brother, James (Marion) Mulik, Raleigh, N.C.; one sister-in-law, Norma Mulik, Hopewell; and many nieces, nephews and their families.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Emil, Wilmer, Nicholas and Steve Mulik; and two sisters, Caroline Boguszewski and Delores "Dolly" Albert.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, where prayer will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m. in the Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Tom Kredel officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, New Brighton.
