Marian L. Youngman, 91, of Patterson Twp. since 2007, formerly of Beaver and Rochester, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Franciscan Manor.
Born February 10, 1923 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Harry and Nettie (Lynch) Madder, Marian had worked for Curtiss-Wright and was a retired assembly line worker for Westinghouse.
Surviving are her two sons, Dr. Robert Madder (Judith), Beaver, and Timothy Youngman (Amber), Rochester; five grandchildren, Kristina (Eric) Mazanek, Cranberry Twp., Dr. Ryan (Tracey) Madder, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Justin (Jamie) Madder, Cranberry Twp., Gabriel and Andrew Youngman, New Sewickley Twp., and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Harold, Jack and Robert Madder.
At the request of the family, a private memorial service will be held today.
Interment will follow in Beaver Cemetery, Beaver.
The family would like to thank the dedicated staff of Franciscan Manor and Dr. Timothy Jackson for their kind and compassionate care of Marian. Also to be thanked is Gentiva Hospice whose presence aided Marian during her last days.
