Mary V. (Freeman) Thomas, 72, of Beaver Falls, passed away Monday July 27, 2015 at her home.
Born March 18, 1943 in Chattanooga, TN, a daughter of the late Charles and Annette(Howard) Freeman. Mary was retired for the Medical Center, Beaver where she was a clerk in medical records.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Thelma Matthews, niece Delores Boynton, great nephew Michael Boynton and great granddaughters Grace and Serenity Thomas.
Surviving are a sister and brother-in-law Willie and Henrietta Springs, New Brighton, children Nathaniel Thomas Jr., Robin (Paul) Goosby, Reba Thomas, James Thomas, Delawuana Finley, all of Beaver Falls, grandchildren Gjuan Thomas, DE, Shawn Thomas, Rory Thomas, Erika Thomas, Abigail Thomas, Monique Young, Courtney Thomas, Asa Thomas Sr., Jasmine Anderson, GA, Alaina Weyand, Simeon Bishop, Annette Thomas, Michael Langston Jr., Christopher Gaines, Khadeejah Austin, great grandchildren Nyauna Petties, Elijah Parks, Rha’ben Thomas, Josiah Thomas, Quartney Thomas, Jaylyn Kidd, Asa Thomas Jr., Brielle Thomas, Rhiley Thomas, Tenton Hight, Dontae Thomas, nephews Tony Boynton, Alex Boynton Jr., TN, Rory (Angie) Springs, NC, Avis “Skeet” Curenton, numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a devoted ex-husband Nathaniel Thomas Sr.
Friends will be received Friday from 1:00pm until time of funeral service at 4:00pm in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton with the Rev. Samuel Chambers officiating.
Cremation will take place after the service.
