Mildred (Nickolish) Dean

Mildred (Nickolish) Dean Monaca Mildred (Nickolish) Dean, of Monaca, formerly of New Brighton, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at her home. Born June 2, 1922, in Aliquippa, a daughter of the late Mike and Julia (Yanyanin) Nickolish. She was retired from the former Joines Answering Service of Beaver Falls and was a member of the Christ Anglican Church of New Brighton. She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Dean Jr.; two daughters, Joyce Anne Dean and Teri Elaine Dean Yates and two sisters. Surviving are two sons, Dennis R. Dean and William E. (Emily) Dean III, and one grandson, Matthew William Yates. Friends will be received Sunday, July 14, 2019, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com. Monday friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in Christ Anglican Church, 1217 Third Avenue, New Brighton. Private interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester. The family wishes to thank the staffs of Rochester Manor and Mother Theresa Hospice for the wonderful care given to their mother. In lieu of flowers the family wish memorials be made in her name to Christ Anglican Church.
