Nicholas B. Shuster, 98, of Harmony, formerly of Fallston, passed away Monday, December 19, 2011 at the Evergreen Nursing Center.
Born October 31, 1913, in McCance, PA, a son of the late Thomas and Anna (Phillipich) Shuster, he retired from the shipping department at the former Westinghouse Corp., Vanport. He was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, New Brighton, and loved to travel, golf and spend time at his Connnoquenessing cottage.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann (Podnar) Shuster, on July 17, 2006; three brothers, Anthony, John and Evan, and six sisters, Catherine, Anna, Frances, Amelia, Marion and Rose.
Surviving are many nieces, nephews and their families.
Friends will be received Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton,

, where prayer will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Father William Henn, O.F.M., Cap., officiating.
Entombment will follow in Sylvania Hills Mausoleum, Rochester.
