Patricia Marie (Kraus) Edmunds, 56, of Hanover Twp., passed away Friday. April 18, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver.
Born April 10, 1958 in Bridgeville, a daughter of the late Edward and Eva (Sorger) Kraus, she was a front end co-leader of the Rochester Giant Eagle and fantastic wife and mother.
Surviving are her husband, William R. Edmunds; one son, William R. Edmunds, Jr. and his fiancée, Billie Jo Riter and her son, Garrett Riter, all of Hanover Twp.; one brother, Greg Kraus, Scott Twp.; one aunt, Patricia Wilson, Scott Twp. and all of the Edmunds family and the families friends in Canada.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Freedom.
The family wishes to thank their extended family at the Rochester Giant Eagle, Good Samaritan Hospice and all her medical providers for their compassion, care and love given over the course of her illness.
