Paul N. Geruschat

March 12, 1939 — April 12, 2021

Paul N. Geruschat, 82, of New Brighton, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021, at UPMC Passavant McCandless.

Born March 12, 1939, in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Paul T. and Evelyn (Lind) Geruschat.  Paul was a proud veteran of the United States Army.  He delivered papers for the Beaver County Times for many years and was a member of Monacrest Free Methodist Church, Monaca.  Hockey, baseball and horse racing were his favorite things to watch.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Leanore, his son, Paul, and his twin brother, Don Geruschat.

He leaves behind, his son and daughter-in-law, Dale Geruschat and Alison Kemp, daughter, Donna DeSanzo, son-in-law, William DeSanzo, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; good friends, Carol Kostlich, harness drivers, Mike Wilder and Dan Rawlings.

Friends will be received Thursday, from 1-3pm and 5 until the time of service at 7pm, in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 3rd Ave. New Brighton, with Rev. Collene Carney officiating.

The family would like to thank the staff at UPMC Passavant McCandless for their loving care of Paul.
