Phillip Wolf

Phillip Wolf, 65, of New Castle, passed away Saturday, August 26, 2023, at UPMC Jameson.

Born September 28, 1957, in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late Paul C. and Mildred (Smith) Wolf.  He was a veteran having served his country in the United States Marine Corp.  Before becoming disabled he worked carnivals.  He enjoyed sitting around campfires, car rides, and taking his grandchildren to the local fair.  He will be remembered as being adventurous, loving life, always being there for others, and having a huge heart.

Surviving is his wife, Virginia (Coburn) Wolf, New Castle, daughter, Lynn Adams, Washington, step-daughter, Megan McGovern, Wisconsin, step-sons, Joshua and Cody Gault, New Castle, sister, Lorainne C. Kimmich, Washington, brother, James F. Wolf, California, 8 grandchildren and a great-grandchild, as well as numerous other family members and friends.
