Rebecca Jane (Schoaf) Hood

Beckie (Schoaf) Hood, 67, of Ohioville, passed away Wednesday February 24, 2016 at Friendship Ridge.
Born July 9, 1948 in New Brighton a daughter of the late Ralph E. and Jane (Tait) Schoaf. She was retired from the former Westinghouse Electric Corp in Vanport.
Surviving are her husband of 39 years Frederick J. Hood, two sons Edwin Hood and Clayton Hood, of Ohioville, three step daughters Cheryl (Mickey) Lako, Chippewa, Tracy (Jeff) Harris, Center Twp., Marion Hood, Brighton Twp., two step grandchildren Violet and Shelby, two sisters Lisa (Gary) Fryer, Enon Valley, Cindy Clendennen, South Beaver Twp., several nieces, nephews and their families.
Friends will be received Saturday from 11:00am until time of funeral service at 2:00pm in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton with the Rev. Donald W. MacNeil officiating.
Cremation will take place after the service.
