Robert W. Reese

Robert W. Reese, 79, of New Brighton, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Heritage Valley, Sewickley.

Born January 2, 1942 in Rochester, he was the son of the late George “Bud” and Anna (Barber) Reese.  Robert retired from Pittsburgh Tool and Steel after 27 years of service as a shipper’s leader.  He loved fishing, hunting, camping, and playing cards.  He coached New Brighton little league baseball and was a boy scout leader, troop #729.  Robert was a member of Church of the Nazarene, New Brighton.

Surviving is his loving wife of 57 years, Carrie (Blews) Reese, two sons; Randy (Judy) Reese, New Brighton, Richard Reese, New Brighton; sister, Donna Lynch, GA; brother, Larry (Teresa) Reese, AZ; five grandchildren, Kevin, Tyler, Cody, Joshua, and Jessica, many nieces, nephews and their families.

All services were private and entrusted to J & J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Ave, New Brighton.

The family would like to thank Dr. Timothy Jackson and staff, Advanced Home care staff, West Hills staff, and Heritage Valley, Sewickley – Covid Unit for the wonderful care Bob received.
