Ronald P. Cervi

Ronald Paul Cervi, 60, of Monaca passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 26th, 2023.

Born April 6th, 1963, in Aliquippa, he was the son of Ronald J Cervi and the late Virginia A Cervi (Duncan). He loved listening to music. His knowledge of music superseded anyone we knew. He enjoyed tinkering with electronics of any kind but especially vintage ones or stereo equipment. He was a natural at figuring out how to fix any electronic device problem. If it was broken, he could fix it and make it work again, sometimes better than new.

Ron will be deeply missed by his surviving family members, his sister, Virginia Cervi; his brother, Richard (Kay) Cervi; his brother, Joseph (Renee) Cervi; Nephews & Nieces, Ashley, Timothy, Richard Jr., Amber, Samuel (Kim), Natasha, Tiffany, Joshua, Kyra, Allison; Great Nephews & Nieces, Nevaeh, Julian, Sully, Seth, Cassie, Abbi, Eleanor, Leleah, Gavin, Angel, Hayden, Arsen, Chloe, Lincoln, Ayden, Jayce, Ryleigh, Rae Rae, Lea’Lah and Israel.

He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle, great uncle, friend and so much more.  His absence will be deeply felt and his memory will be cherished.

Ron was diagnosed with schizophrenia early in his adult life which led to a lifelong substance use disorder. He struggled daily with his dual diagnosis. The family takes comfort in knowing that he is at peace now and his struggle is finally over.

The family would like to especially thank Merakey for their assiduous care and unwavering commitment, and for their loving support of both Ron and the family.

Per the family wishes: there will be no services at this time. A private celebration of life service will be held at a later time.
