Shelly Vanyo

Shelly Lynne Vanyo, 60, of New Brighton passed away on February 7th, 2022, at 5:10 pm, after fighting a long battle of COPD.

She was born October 16th, 1961, in Little Falls, New York to her late parents Donald Harris and Karen (Williams) Harris. She had loving stepparents Earl A. Brown and Barbra Harris.

Shelly grew up in a large, loving family with her siblings Larre (Nora) Harris, Mari Atkinson, Christopher Brown, Sara Harris, Michael and John Brown. She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother.

Shelly is survived by her children Trina Hall (Robert Allison), Ian and Joshua Vanyo. Shelly loved spending most of her time with her grandchildren Jenna Miles (Patrick Ceratti), Cameron and Marissa Bloom, and Izabella Allison and great-grandchildren Cayden Hall, Jameson and Adilynne Ceratti.

Shelly was a woman you could confide in and count on whenever you needed her. She brought light and laughs to any situation.

Shelly was preceded in death by her husband Steven Vanyo, brother Eugene Brown, and son Ricky.

A private celebration of life will be held for family.
