Shirley Arlene Nehr New Brighton Shirley Arlene Nehr, 71, of New Brighton, passed away Monday, May 7, 2018, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, after a brief illness. Born April 13, 1947, in New Brighton, she was a daughter of the late John A. and Helen G. (Frischkorn) Nehr. Surviving are one daughter, Laura (Robert) Leopardi; one son, Phillip Bayes; grandchildren, Gabe and Tori Leopardi; sister, Alice Graboski; nephew, John D. Nehr, and dear friend, Gail Pavarnik.
