Timothy J. Swager, 57, of Daugherty Twp., passed away Friday, October 14, 2011.
Born April 22, 1954 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Harry B. and Mary Ann (Gruber) Swager. Timothy was a graduate of New Brighton High School and the Community College of Beaver County. He worked at Sherwood Oaks, Cranberry, was an antique car enthusiast, a member of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America, and the National Street Rod Association. Timothy was a member of the St. Cecilia Parish, Rochester.
Surviving are his loving wife of 26 years; Barbara (Chavlovich) Swager, two sisters, Judith Sabatini and husband James, Columbiana, OH, Debbie Duncan and husband Jeff, Eliot, Maine; father-in-law; Nick Chavlovich, Daugherty Twp.; brothers-in-law, Nick Chavlovich and wife Phyllis, McCandless Twp., Joseph Chavlovich and his wife Elaine, New Port Richey, FL; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Marecic and husband Joseph, Brighton Twp.; nephews and nieces, James and Joyce, Vince and Vivian, Linda and Dan, Melanie and Samuel, Holly and Randy, Nicole, Andrea, Michele and Rick and their families, and several aunts, uncles, cousins and his pet, Spencer.
Private family visitation and a Mass of Christian burial at St. Cecilia Parish, Rochester, was held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011.
Interment followed in St. Cecilia Catholic Cemetery, Daugherty Twp.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Beaver County Humane Society, P.O. Box 63 Monaca, Pa 15061.
