Victor G. Stephens, Jr.

Victor G. Stephens Jr., 54, of New Brighton, passed away, Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

Born July 9, 1972, in Rochester, he is the son of Victor G. Stephens, Sr. and the late Betty Mae (Gaus) Stephens. Victor was a loving and hardworking man who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed cheering on his team whenever he could. Victor also loved playing games and, most of all, spending time with his friends and family. Those moments together created memories that will be cherished forever. Victor took great pride in his work as a roofer.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a great niece, Aubriella Vickodil. 

He is survived by his father, Victor G. Stephens, Sr., his sister, Stacy Scherfel, a stepsister, Heather Stephens, two nieces, Alysia and Summer Scherfel, nephew, Steven Scherfel, many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces, step kids, his partner of 20 years, Monica Fritzius, and a granddaughter, Lita Fritzius.
