Wilma Louise (Mitchell) Hancock

Wilma Louise (Mitchell) Hancock East Palestine, Ohio Wilma Louise (Mitchell) Hancock, 87, of E. Palestine, Ohio, formerly of New Brighton, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Covington Nursing & Rehabilitation, E. Palestine. Born February 2, 1933, in Johnstown, Pa., she had worked for the former Dawes Manor in New Brighton for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. "Big Jim" Hancock, April 15, 2009, and her son, Jimmy Hancock on October 30, 2002. Surviving are five sons, John Hancock, Panama City, Fla., Greg and Cindy Hancock, Canton, Ga., Fred "Speedy" and Kim Hancock, E. Palestine, Don Hancock, Waterford, N.Y. and Gary and Cheryl Hancock, Lackland Fla.; fourteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren. As per her wishes there will be no services. She will be buried with her husband, in Saratoga National Cemetery, New York.
