Obituary

Carol A. (Maurer) Perkins, 82, of New Sewickley Twp., passed away Friday January 22, 2021 at UPMC Passavant.

Born November 15, 1938 in Cleveland, OH a daughter of the late Joseph and Eleanor (Jacquemain) Maurer.  Carol was a life-long learner and avid reader.  Her interests included history, geology, archeology, weather phenomena, music, and playing Upwards.  She also enjoyed bowling with family and in a league. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerald D. Perkins September 28, 2017.

Surviving are four daughters Dr. Anita and husband Tim Springer, Universal City, TX, Rev. Suzanne Perkins, Ambridge, Joy and her husband Jim Dasta, Mt. Lebanon and Kirstie Perkins, Ambridge.

Private family services were held this morning in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, New Brighton.

Interment followed in Grove Cemetery, New Brighton.

A memorial service will be held at a date and time to be announced.
