Jack R. Hogue, 53, of Ellwood City, passed away Saturday November 20, 2021 at Heritage Valley, Beaver.
Born May 31, 1968 in New Brighton the son of Karen (McNeese) Hogue of New Brighton and the late Jack R. Hogue, who passed on October 22, 1989. Jack was a maintenance supervisor for the Beaver County Parks & Recreation Department. Jack was a loving and devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Son. His wife Lynn was the love of his life. Pappy Jack absolutely adored his granddaughters. Hunting was always his passion. An avid hunter and sportsman he was the president and active member of the MHNBSC, where he will be sorely missed by officers, members and friends. He was a great man, not only of stature but in character, in conviction and heart. His legacy to all of us is to be who he was and what he stood for. Jack will be deeply missed by all.
Surviving in addition to his mother Karen, he is survived by one brother and his fiancée Jason Hogue and Jessie Jones, New Brighton, two step sons Rodney Wise II, Ellwood City, Byron (Lettie) Wise, Florida, grandchildren; Rodney's daughter Addison, Byron's daughters Lilly and Lilah Wise, who will always remember their “Pappy Jack”, his father -in-law and mother-in-law David and Norma (Bookamer) Muntean, Ellwood City, brother-in-law Todd (Erica) Muntean, North Carolina, their children Brooke Muntean, Ellwood City, Gabriella and Daniela Muntean, North Carolina, aunts and uncles; Patricia Abdelmessih, Elizabeth (David) Letteri and Laura (Chris) Niedergall, cousins; Felicia (Dante) McCarthy, their children Allison, Allegra and Andrea, Sharif Abdelmessih, his sons Isaac and Jacob, Alyssa Letteri, Matthew (Emily) Letteri, and Sean Niedergall.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife Lynn L. Hogue, November 8, 2019, two uncles Willard McNeese Jr. and Fakher Abdelmessih, cousin Tami Maykuth and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Friends will be received Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton and Saturday from 10:00am until time of funeral service at 11:00am with Pastor Lon Hogue officiating.
Private interment will take place in Locust Grove Cemetery, Ellwood City.
In lieu of the flowers the family wish memorials be made in his name to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Rd., Center Twp., PA 15001.
