Jenifer M. Spade-Fawley

Jenifer M. Spade-Fawley, 45, of Beaver Falls, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023, following a brief illness, at Heritage Valley Beaver.

Born July 30, 1977, in Rochester, she is the daughter of Roberta I. (White) Prentice and the late Robert G. Spade.  Jenifer worked as a CNA for Providence Care Center and volunteered at St. Monica Academy.  Jenifer had a smile on her face that filled the room and was very active in her children’s youth sports.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Keith “Sam” Spade, paternal grandparents, Gerald (Barbara) Spade, maternal grandparents, Joseph (Alberta) White.

Surviving are her children, Bryce Spade and Farren Fawley; her mother, Roberta I. (White) Prentice and her stepfather, Gary Prentice; brother, Marcus (Joy) Spade, Vicksburg, MS; sister, Lesley (Matthew) Farkas, Key Largo, Fl., stepchildren, Taylor and Trent Fawley; stepbrothers, Michael (Julie) Prentice, Brian (Sarah) Prentice, Steven (Cara) Prentice; stepsister, Tracy Prentice, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and their families.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in J & J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Ave, New Brighton.   Prayers will be held Wednesday at 9:20 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine, St. Monica Parish, Beaver Falls. Fr. Kim J. Schreck, officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, New Brighton.

Family requests no live flowers due to allergies.   Artificial flowers will be accepted.
