Joanne E. Carr, 84, of New Brighton, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021.
Born January 26, 1937 in New Brighton, Pa., she is the daughter of the late Gordon and Mary (Comporto) Lee. Joanne was a member of Church of the Living Christ, Bridgewater.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Red” Edward Carr, Sr.; son, Timothy Howard Carr Sr.; three brothers, Gordon “Itsy” Lee, Charles “Chappy” Lee, Robert Lee; a sister, Irene Carr, son-in- law, Kevin Trombulak.
Surviving are her children, Debbie Trombulak, Beaver; Kathy Craig, FL; William “Butch” (Sherice) Carr, Daugherty Twp.; Lisa (Matt) Ferguson, New Brighton; grandchildren, Michael Trombulak, Maci (Kevin) Ball, Heather Blackburn, Ashley Craig, James Craig, Jocelyn Dixon, Ryan (Carly) Carr, Rebecca “Becca” Carr, Tiffani Kreshon, Brittani (Josh) Briancesco, Nickolas Kreshon, Erikka Kreshon, Brandi (David) Wolfe, Timothy Carr Jr. and Nicole Canfield; great grandchildren, Paige Blackburn, Raelynn Kerr, Wyatt Climo, Ayden Craig, Alaina Bartolotta, Austin Bartolotta, Hunter Craig, Conner Craig, Wynter Gordon, Luke Marsh, Jase Trombulak, Kilian Dixon, Gianna and Malik McIntosh, Karmen Briancesco, Ella Wynn.
Friends will be received Sunday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. in J & J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Ave, New Brighton. Additional viewing will be held Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Her pastor, David Howells, officiating.
Interment will follow in Beaver Falls Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Brighton Wellness and Rehab Nurses and staff on Grove 2 for the loving care. A special thank you to the nurses and staff from Life Beaver County, Kelly, Missy, Roseanne, Jim, and Maria, and Carlie Kuga for the loving care of Joanne. The family would also like to thank Kristen Sallis for the special bond and their love for each other over the years.
