Joseph B. Kross

Joseph B. Kross, 92, of Beaver Falls, passed away Monday December 21, 2020 at Providence Care Center.

Born December 7, 1928 in New Brighton a son of the late Elmer and Neva (Byers) Kross. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the U.S.M.C. and was a retired crane man for the former B&W Steel Products. Joe enjoyed Highschool football and was an avid Steeler fan. He spent many years coaching youth sports and was very proud of his family. He was a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret (Nichol) Kross, January 11, 2018 and one brother and sister-in-law Elmer C. and Delores Kross.

Surviving are three sons Joseph (Georgianna) Kross, Beaver, Daniel (Tammy) Kross, Hopewell, Thomas Kross, Chesapeake, VA, one daughter Nancy (Thomas) Burger, Patterson Twp., seven grandchildren Lauren (Matt) Polanski, Alex Kross, Hannah Kross, Jacob Kross, Jenny (Ryan) Burgess, Sarah (Gavin) Buckholtz, Abbey (Joseph) Zenazay, six great grandchildren Tenley Burgess, Carter and Emileigh Buckholtz, Liam and Josie Polanski, and Owen Kross, several nieces, nephews and their families.

Private family visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 until time of funeral service at 7:00pm in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton.

Private interment will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester.
