Kimberley J. (Sullivan) Smith

Kimberely J. Smith, 66, of North Sewickley, passed away Friday December 10, 2021, peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving husband and pets.

Born November 2, 1955, in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late Allen and Betty (McMurdy) Sullivan.  She was known to be a hardworker, having held jobs at LaSalle Electric, McCarl’s, as well as Columbia Gas.  Kim trained therapy dogs and often took them to various nursing facilities in our area, brightening the day of their’ residents.  She was an avid photographer who loved to shoot nature shots, especially geese.

Kim is survived by her husband Martin Smith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph and Debbie Sullivan, and William and Dottie Sullivan, step-brother, Jesse Peters, beloved cousin, Pam Poggiali, with numerous other loved ones.

Along with her parents Kim was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Lee McGaffic in 1975.

Friends will be received Saturday from 11am until the time of the Memorial Service, at noon, in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 3rd Ave, New Brighton, with Pastor Gregory Clagg officiating.
