Laura L. Whipple

Laura L. Whipple Laura L. Whipple, 52, of Freedom, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at Heritage Valley, Beaver. Born June 30, 1966, in Rochester, the daughter of Estelle (Phillips) Whipple Brandenberger and and the late Roger Whipple.   Laura previously worked at TRACO and Phoenix Glass.  She was a bartender at the Double J Saloon, an avid Harley enthusiast and loved gardening.  She was Lutheran by faith. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Jesse Loomis. Surviving are her mother Estelle Brandenberger and her husband James, New Sewickley; her husband, Bill Rodgers; a daughter, Ashley Eisenbrown, (Charles Mullins) New Sewickley Twp; five grandchildren, Zach and Joshua Mullins, Damion and Piper Kiser, and Evan Mullins; two brothers, Roger Whipple, Freedom and C.J. (Leslie) Whipple, Freedom, several nieces, nephews, and their families. Friends will be received Thursday, April 4, 2019, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the J&J SPRATT FUNERAL HOME, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton, www.jjsprattfh.com.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Gregory Clagg, officiating.  Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Freedom. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Gentle Ben's Giant Breed Rescue, P.O.
