Linda Fortune Obituary

Linda L. Fortune, 73, of Coraopolis, formerly of New Brighton, passed away Monday March 21, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital.

Born September 21, 1948 in Beaver Falls a daughter of the late Richard Dale and Frieda Ann (Korb) Fortune. She was a resident of Merakey Allegheny Valley School, Coraopolis, for the past 20 years. Linda loved sitting in her rocking chair watching her favorite TV shows, like “Judge Judy”.

Survived by one brother and sister -in-law Bill and Connie Fortune, Pittsburgh, one sister-in-law Jeongeun Ju Fortune, Wexford, nieces and nephews; Autumn (David) Kessler, Jacky (Ariel) Goldman, Becky (Kurt) Long, Scott (Keri) Fortune, Nick (Adriana) Fortune and Erina Fortune.

In addition to her mother and father she was preceded in death by one brother Richard J. Fortune.

Private family services were held Saturday in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, New Brighton.

Interment was in Grandview Cemetery, Beaver Falls.

In lieu of flowers the family wish memorials be made in her name to the Merakey Allegheny Valley School, 1996 Ewings Mill Rd., Coraopolis, PA 15108.
