Michelle R. Nye

Michelle R. Nye, 55, of Beaver Falls, passed away peacefully Friday, September 15, 2023, in her home.

Born December 31, 1967, in New Brighton, she is the daughter of Val M. (Coonfare) Fox and the late Philip W. Fox, Jr.  She was known for her holiday spirit; she was also a notorious prankster.  Her mischievous sense of humor kept us all on our toes.  She had a knack for turning everyday moments into laughter filled memories, and her pranks will be remembered with a smile.  Beyond her playful nature, Michelle was a pillar of support and love for her family.  She also enjoyed crafting, shopping, and days out at the park. She had a passion for teaching and caring for children and was a member of Big Knob Grange for several years.   She was a member of the Ashes to Life Church, Beaver Falls.

Surviving is her loving husband of 30 years, William F. Nye; Marlayna Fox, Harley Eakles-Fox, Skylar Eakles, Dylan “DJ” Burkett Jr., were not only her nieces and nephew, but her children; brother, Philip (Pam) Fox III; sisters, Elaine (Richard) Alam, Carol (Ralph) Newberry, Nancy Fox, Rachel Fox; special friends, Heather Watson, her daughter BreAnne Landles, and Lori Bailes. She’s also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Per her wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 11 am in Ashes to Life Church, 831 4th Ave, Beaver Falls, Pa 15010 with a luncheon to follow at the church social hall.
