Ronald S. Lapic

Ronald S. Lapic, 78, of New Brighton passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021, at U.P.M.C. Passavant, Pittsburgh.

Born November 10, 1942 in New Brighton, a son of the late Walter and Anastasia (Terek) Lapic, he was retired from the Laborers' Union, Local #833, New Brighton and was a member of Our Lady of the Valley (St. Cecilia) Catholic Church.

Ron was a kind, gentle and thoughtful person who lived a simple life. He was a caring and loving brother and uncle who will be greatly missed.

Surviving are siblings: Walter F. Lapic, Joseph M. (Katheryn) Lapic, Margaret (James) Kaye, Janet (Edwin) Starkweather, James (Irene) Lapic, and MaryAnn Lapic, numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

Friends will be received Monday (Sept. 20) from 2-4 & 6-8 in the J&J Spratt Funeral Home, 1612 Third Avenue, New Brighton, where prayer will be held Tuesday at 9:30am, followed by Mass of Christian burial at 10:00am in Our Lady of the Valley (ST. Cecilia) Catholic Church, Rochester.

Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, New Brighton.
