Toots was the 'Bell Telephone-trained' professional voice on the switchboard at the Community College of Beaver County. But, when she wasn't representing the college, and was just working and interacting with all of us, she was equally memorable. A good-hearted person; one of the best, along with Maize and Dee and Edna. The good old days. The world has lost a caring person. So glad I could keep up with the retired days of Toots, through Cindy Swaoger. Sincere sympathies extended to her family and friends. She will be much missed.
